Barclays are looking for candidates with a background inCustomer Service to join their growing team of Specialist CustomerCare Colleagues in their CMM (Core Money Management) department ona temporary basis and should you demonstrate the required skillsthis may open the doors to a permanent career in theteam.
You do not need to have had any previousexperience or knowledge of banking. Experience working in a ContactCentre environment would be preferred however, if you have CustomerService experience in retail, hospitality, travel or any othercustomer related industry you could be successful in this role.Your integrity, communication and empathy is exactly what Barclaysare looking for to support their customers in the Core MoneyManagement department.
To get you off to a greatstart, you will begin the assignment with a 4-6 week trainingprogramme followed by 4-6 weeks of academy training in the Glasgowoffice where you will learn aboutBarclays, the banking sector and the specifics of the role withinthe Core Money Management department. This will beMonday-Friday.
Thereafter, you will start toembed and put everything you have learnt into practice and willmove to a hybrid working model splitting your working days betweenthe office and remotely from home (subject to performance) and willbe via a rotational shift pattern working 7 hours per day betweenthe hours of 7am-11pm, Monday-Sunday (you will work approximately35 hours per week). Further training to enhance your skillset inother areas maybe implemented at a later stage in yourassignment.
KeyResponsibilities
Collaborationacross multiple digital channels to personalise each interactionwith a customer.
Enhancingthe bank’s digital capabilities when current technology isidentified as not yet ready tosupport.
Provision ofexceptional customer service to clients by responding to inquiries,resolving issues and handling client requestsefficiently.
Support thecollaboration of internal stakeholders including sales,operational, and risk management teams to meet client needs andexpectations, so that transactions are executed accurately and ontime.
Support teams withinthe business operations function as needed, including riskmanagement, compliance andcollections.
Comply with allregulatory requirements and internal policies related to customercare.
To provide resolutionsfor customer queries/issues and personalise each interactionthrough the use of multiple communicationchannels.
