Job Description Project Manager – Cladding Remediation n Bristol n £65k -70k plus package n We’re looking for an experienced Project Manager to deliver a façade replacement and refurbishment programme across occupied high-rise residential buildings in Bristol. n You’ll provide end-to-end project leadership, ensuring exceptional standards of safety, quality and customer satisfaction while managing programme, commercial performance and project teams. n Key responsibilities include: n n Leading multiple high-rise refurbishment projects from pre-construction through completion n Managing subcontractors and supply chain partners n Maintaining the highest standards of health, safety and compliance n Building strong relationships with clients, consultants and stakeholders n Managing programme, quality, budgets and project risks n Driving a zero-defects approach at handover n Supporting sustainability and environmental objectives n Leading and developing site teams to deliver outstanding results n n What we’re looking for: n n Proven experience managing large construction or refurbishment projects within occupied / live environments n High-rise/high-risk building experience n Façade, fire remediation, roofing and structural works knowledge n SMSTS, CSCS, Temporary Works Coordinator, Scaffold Inspection & First Aid n Full UK driving licence n Experience managing projects through subcontractor and supply chain delivery from preconstruction through to construction phase and handover n Social housing refurbishment experience, and PAS2035 retrofit knowledge would be beneficial n n If you’ve delivered complex high-rise refurbishment projects, and are ready for your next challenge please apply today or call Bianca on 07534924521. n n JBRP1_UKTJ
