Job Description Property Listern Essex | Office-based | Permanent n Successful property business seeking an experienced Property Lister/Valuer to generate new instructions and develop strong client relationships. n The role will focus on property valuations, winning new business, negotiating fees, following up leads and supporting the sales team throughout the listing process. n Key requirements: n n Previous estate agency sales, valuation or listing experience n Proven track record of winning instructions and meeting targets n Strong negotiation, sales and closing skills n Excellent communication and customer service n Good local property market knowledge n Self-motivated, organised and commercially driven n Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle n n Experience as a Senior Negotiator, Valuer or Lister would be advantageous. n MondayFriday 9am6pm, with one weekday off, plus Saturday 9am5pm. n Salary enhancement available for use of own vehicle. n n JBRP1_UKTJ
