Job Description Technical Manager – Food Industry n Our client has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Technical Manager within the fresh food manufacturing industry, to lead quality, compliance and food safety standards within a high-care fresh food environment. You will play a pivotal role in driving technical strategy, managing customer relationships. n Main Responsibilities: n n Experience in BRC Audits n Lead quality, compliance, and food safety standards n Fostering a culture of continuous improvement n Working with and setting up HACCP controls, BRC controls and BRCGS Version 9 Audit n Continuous improvement of quality standards & processes by means of improvement plans n Adhere to and report on weekly and monthly KPI’s n Develop and maintain a robust auditing programme that continues to meet the requirements set by BRC n Lead company’s Health & Safety Committee & Chair H&S Meetings n n Requirements: n n Background in technical, QA role, quality assurance manager within food manufacturing industry n Good experience within the Food Manufacturing industry and fresh foods n 5 – 10 years experience in both announced and unannounced audits n Building relationships with stakeholders and auditors n Our client offers a good benefits package. n n n JBRP1_UKTJ
