Job Description The Company n Our client is a leading event marketing agency with an international reputation. The business works with trade show organisers to deliver networking services for events around the world. n The Role n On behalf of our client, we are seeking a French speaking Project Manager to join their team. You will deliver digital event platforms on specification, on time, and within budget. The role is office based and suits a highly motivated and hands-on individual with strong project-management skills, excellent attention to detail, and fluent communication skills in French and English. n Responsibilities within this role will include: n n Build and configure projects on the digital event platform to ensure event organisers, exhibitors, and delegates maximise networking opportunities. n Provide professional guidance to clients to ensure the product is suited to their event sector, users, and objectives. n Deliver presentations to clients and platform users, and train them on platform functionality to encourage engagement. n Liaise with the Development team to stay up to date with new platform features and recommend improvements. n Liaise with the Customer Experience team to ensure they are familiar with each project and can deliver networking services effectively. n Maintain high standards of product quality and consistently seek to exceed expectations. n Ensure internal systems and processes are accurately maintained. n n The Person n Our client is looking for a true team player with a hands-on attitude.
