Your new role As Project Manager, you will lead the successful delivery of civil and infrastructure projects from inception through to completion. You will manage project teams, coordinate stakeholders, oversee programme and budget performance, and ensure the highest standards of technical responsibilities will include:
- Managing multiple infrastructure and development projects across a variety of sectors.
- Leading multidisciplinary project teams and coordinating resources.
- Developing and maintaining project programmes, budgets, and risk registers.
- Managing client relationships and acting as the primary point of contact.
- Overseeing the production and review of engineering designs and technical reports.
- Coordinating with clients, contractors, architects, local authorities, and other stakeholders.
- Ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, on time, and within budget.

What you’ll need to succeed To be considered for this role, you should have:
- A degree in Civil Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
- Several years’ experience delivering civil engineering or infrastructure projects within a consultancy or contractor environment.
- Proven project management experience, including programme and budget control.
- Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills.
- Strong knowledge of infrastructure design and project delivery processes.
- Chartered status or progress towards chartership would be advantageous.
- Full UK driving licence and full right to work in the UK.
