About you
- Proven experience as a strategic HR Business Partner supporting senior leadership
- Strong influence and stakeholder management skills
- Deep knowledge of employment law, employee relations, and change management
- CIPD Level 7 or equivalent professional experience

- Experience in workforce planning and talent development strategies
