About you
- Proven experience as a spray finisher or similar role in joinery or carpentry
- Knowledge of a wide range of finishes and spray equipment
- Ability to work efficiently and to high standards under minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Health & safety awareness and adherence to protocols
What you’ll do
- Operate spray equipment to achieve high-quality finishes on joinery products
- Quantify and prepare materials needed for each job
- Keep accurate records of spray applications and stock levels
- Maintain a clean, organised, and safe spray area
- Support and train apprentices where required
- Ensure all work complies with health and safety regulations and quality standards
- Support continuous improvement initiatives by embedding lessons learned and best practices into project delivery
