Location: BelfastHours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am-5:30pmContract: Permanent, employed

An established mortgage brokerage is looking for an experienced Mortgage Adviser to join its Belfast team. This fully office-based role offers uncapped bonus potential and ongoing mentoring.

You’ll guide clients from their first conversation through to mortgage completion, providing clear, compliant advice and recommending suitable protection solutions.

What you’ll do

• Advise clients on mortgage options suited to their circumstances.
• Manage applications from initial consultation to completion.
• Discuss appropriate protection and insurance products.
• Maintain accurate records and follow regulatory requirements.
• Build relationships with clients and referral partners.
• Work towards individual revenue and service targets.

What you’ll bring

• Full CeMAP qualification.
• At least two years’ experience providing mortgage advice.
• A proven record of mortgage sales and completed cases.
• Experience discussing or selling protection products.
• Strong compliance awareness and communication skills.
• A positive, team-focused approach.
