Support Worker – Mental Health Care (Day/Night Shifts)

Cygnet Hospital Derby is seeking confident Support Workers to help people in our care. You’ll work 38.5 hours weekly across day and night shifts, with a two-week rota (33 hours one week, 44 hours the next). The role provides extensive benefits and on-site perks, plus DBS clearance is required.

As a Support Worker you’ll offer emotional and physical support, learn each individual’s needs, and contribute to a safe, compassionate environment for rehabilitation and recovery.
