Sugarman Health and Wellbeing in Watford is seeking a Recruitment Officer apprentice to help build a reliable, compliant candidate pipeline for the branch and support the recruitment process to meet client needs.

You will liaise with the branch team to drive recruitment strategy, manage references/DBS checks, arrange training attendance, and coordinate weekly sign-offs. The role is full-time, 40 hours per week.
