The Role As a chef at the Morris Dancers, you’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional culinary experiences to our guests. Here’s what you’ll be doing: Collaborate closely with the manager to uphold the highest kitchen standards. Prepare and serve mouth-watering dishes promptly, ensuring top-notch quality. Maintain efficiency in cooking while ensuring every plate meets our high standards. Work with a small, dedicated kitchen team, fostering a positive and productive environment. Manage stock, inventory, and ingredients to keep things running smoothly. Ensure a clean, safe, and compliant kitchen with strict adherence to food hygiene and health & safety standards. Minimize food waste and manage resources effectively. Follow company policies, procedures, and regulatory standards with precision. Meet company targets and KPIs, driving both quality and efficiency. Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as part of our bustling team.
Skills you’ll bring: Strong communication skills, able to keep the team aligned and motivated. Proven ability to work calmly under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen.
