Senior IT Technician – MSP | 1st‑Line Support & Monitoring

Emplyfy is seeking a Senior IT Technician to support a diverse client portfolio within a fast-moving MSP in Maidenhead. You will be the first point of technical contact, resolving hardware, software and network incidents and performing on-site troubleshooting.

Ideal applicants have 5+ years of experience, a strong networking background, and experience with Windows and Apple devices, Intune and remote monitoring tools, and knowledge of GDPR and Cyber Essentials.
