Real Estate Paralegal – Corporate Occupier

Shoosmiths LLP in Birmingham is seeking a proactive paralegal to support the Real Estate team across a range of property matters. You will assist with large portfolio transactions, drafting and document management, and post-completion tasks while maintaining high standards of client service.

The role requires a degree and ideally LPC/ILEX, plus relevant paralegal experience and strong organisational skills to manage files from start to finish.
