Senior Shift Supervisor – Motor Transport Operations

Serco Limited is seeking a Deputy Shift Supervisor at RAF Brize Norton, Carterton. You will lead MT Ops drivers in the Shift Supervisor’s absence, coordinate daily operations and ensure transport requests follow JSP 800 Vol 5, while maintaining compliance and safety standards.

You’ll allocate and supervise MT colleagues, monitor attendance and performance, brief drivers, and promote a strong safety culture.
