We are seeking a person to deliver support to the Management Team in delivering the efficient and effective running of the Building Cleaning Department.
On a day-to-day basis the Team Leader will play an active role in assisting the carrying out of site audits, by supporting staff in the day to day cleaning activities and providing any on site practical training and advice that may be required, ensuring COSHH documentation is up to date and that all staff are following the correct procedures in respect to Health and Safety, COSHH, and Risk Assessments.
The services covers the following sites: Schools, Public Buildings, Museums Public Conveniences and Commercial Premises
SALARY – IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
Salary would be pro rata if not working full time hours or 52 weeks per year.
i.e. 37 hours per week / 32.5 per week for School Teachers
