Bilingual Maintenance Scheduler – Housing Repairs

Barcud in Lampeter is seeking a Medra Scheduler to assist with day-to-day administration of the internal maintenance workforce and to coordinate with tenants.

You will schedule work for tradespeople, manage diaries, input data and provide admin support across the Medra/Barcud teams, with bilingual Welsh/English communication.

The role is 37 hours per week, full time, fixed term for 9 months, with a pro rata salary of £27,306.
