Primary Learning Support Specialist — Grow & Inspire

Water Lane Primary Academy in England is seeking a motivated Learning Support Assistant to support teaching staff, deliver engaging activities, and help ensure an inclusive, safe learning environment where every pupil can access the curriculum.

You will work with the class teacher to run small group and 1:1 sessions, bring learning to life with practical activities, and foster a love of learning while maintaining high standards of behaviour and teamwork.
