Production Operator: Precision Batch & Line Specialist

IPS Adhesives is seeking a Factory Operator to join the production team in Newcastle upon Tyne. You will work under supervision to perform tasks that support on-time, right-first-time manufacturing while adhering to EHS and quality standards.

Responsibilities include operating high-speed dispersers, staging materials, basic QC testing, packing and dispatch readiness. Ability to follow instructions, work quickly under pressure, and communicate with internal customers is essential.
