Resin & Formalin Plant Operations Lead

Kronospan is the world’s leading manufacturer of wood-based panel products, seeking a conscientious and analytical individual to support the Resin and Formalin department. You will drive efficiency, quality and safety across the plant, supervising operators, troubleshooting issues and improving resin recipes.

As part of a global leader, you will work with the Resin and Formalin team to ensure production targets are met, maintain COMAH/IPPC compliance, and coach technicians.
