Service Desk Associate – 12-Month Maternity Cover

Wales & West Housing is seeking a fixed-term Service Desk Assistant to join our Technology and Data Service Desk on maternity cover for 12 months. You will be the first point of contact for staff, providing practical support both in person and remotely.

The role involves incident handling, device setup, and helping staff use core business systems. We are looking for someone with Service Desk or IT support experience, strong communication, and a practical problem-solving approach.
