Plant Operator: Hybrid Role with Machinery & Customer Care

Holcim UK is seeking a Plant Operative in Exeter to help keep operations moving on site. You will work on mobile plant, mix material, and operate the weighbridge, with Monday to Friday 06:00–15:30 and Saturday 06:00–09:00.

Join a tight-knit, fast-paced team delivering quality service and materials to customers. You’ll assist with customer queries by phone or in person, process orders, and support safety checks and plant operations.
