Teaching Assistant

• Support pupils in accessing learning activities within a positive, nurturing, and inclusive environment.
• Work with small groups and individual pupils to promote engagement, progress, and confidence in learning.
• Assist in delivering a broad, balanced, and engaging curriculum tailored to the needs of pupils.
• Work closely with teachers and senior leaders to adapt learning experiences and provide effective support where required.
• Promote pupils’ health, welfare, and personal development, ensuring they feel safe, supported, and valued throughout the school day.
• Contribute positively to the wider life of the school and support the academy’s vision, values, and culture.
• A caring and dedicated individual who shares our belief that every child can succeed.
• A passion for inclusive education and supporting children to achieve their full potential.
• The ability to build positive and trusting relationships with pupils, families, and colleagues.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills, with a proactive and adaptable approach.
• An EYFS qualification is desirable.
