Electrical Technician – LV Systems & PPM Specialist

CBRE Local UK is seeking an Electrical Technician (Cumbria) to deliver reactive and preventive maintenance across multiple sites, following safe working practices. You will fault-find and repair low voltage systems, and contribute to small works projects with the Projects and Construction team.

Applicants should have City & Guilds Level 3 in electrical, an apprenticeship, and BS 7671 qualifications. Training in UPS, generators, and safety is desirable.
