Empower Young Learners: Skills Development Coach

Northumberland College seeks a Skills Development Coach to support learners’ personal, social and professional development through the Global Skills programme. You will help learners build resilience, work readiness, digital and transferable skills for progression into employment or further study.

You will deliver individual and group coaching, set targets, monitor progress and help learners achieve ambitious outcomes within our Northumberland campuses.
