Marston’s is seeking a Head Chef to lead our kitchen team and drive the standard of food and service across our pubs. You will play a key role in the pub management team, delivering memorable guest experiences and building a motivated kitchen crew.

As Head Chef, you’ll step up from a Sous/Second Chef or bring prior Head Chef/Kitchen Manager experience, ensuring food quality, hygiene, and rapid service targets are met while maintaining strong communication with the wider pub team.
