ClearView Bristol is looking for a team leader to manage a crew of 3 window cleaners covering the Bristol and Bath area. You’ll need at least 5 years’ experience in window cleaning and strong leadership skills. Responsibilities include route planning, quality control, customer relations, and hands-on cleaning. Salary £32,000/year plus performance bonus. Company van provided. This is a step-up role for an experienced cleaner who wants to move into management.
