Customer-First Store Assistant — Training, Growth & Bonuses

H&T Group Ltd in West Bromwich is hiring a Store Colleague to greet customers, offer tailored solutions and support across pawnbroking, retail and financial services. No experience in pawnbroking required; full training provided and a friendly, professional team.

You’ll work full-time (37.5 hours) with a starting rate of £12.75 per hour, rising to £13.44 after training, and the chance to earn up to £2,000 extra annually through discretionary bonuses based on KPIs.
