Mental Health Recovery & Support Worker

Kent and Medway Mental Health NHS Trust seeks a motivated Support Worker to provide Dialog+ and support with delivering interventions. You will assess and plan with service users, liaise with Clinical Pathway Leads, and deliver group-based interventions to promote health and well-being.

You will work to enable access to leisure and community activities, support service users and carers, and help build a person-centred approach across Mental Health Together services.
