Support Worker – Adults with Learning Disabilities

IBC Healthcare in Droylsden is seeking a compassionate Support Worker to provide one-to-one support to an adult with learning disabilities in their home and community. Roles include building routines, promoting independence, and ensuring dignity.

Shifts include days and nights, with part-time hours; training provided, including PBS. You will work with families and healthcare professionals in a trauma-informed, non-reactive approach.
