Retail Colleague — Flexible Shifts & Great Customer Service

Tesco UK is hiring a store colleague in Lerwick. This role places you at the heart of our store, helping to serve shoppers with pride and working across service, picking and replenishment as required.

We offer hourly pay starting at £13.28, rising to £14.55 for stores within the M25, with 16 guaranteed hours per week and a minimum of 12 hours available. Shifts are scheduled in advance; you must be over 18 to apply. Availability windows and three weeks’ notice help you plan your schedule.
