Job Description About The Rolen Join CCS & Help Shape the Future of Renewable Energy! n Job Purpose: n To oversee all site managers, employed trades and sub-contractors on site, for CCS Retrofit department, control checks to be carried out in line with PAS2030&2035 and Electrical Standards. Oversee auditing, quality control inspections in keeping with CCS policy/installation standards. Providing technical support to the project and planning team on plant, material & access requirements to ensure safe, first-time right installations. This role requires a strong site management background with relevant qualifications and an electrical bias would be a large advantage. Reporting directly to Project Manager. n Key Responsibilities: n n To oversee all technical trades and sub-contractors on site n To assist and input to planning of works with AM and Admin team ensuring measures are properly planned and in sequence. n To provide technical assistance to planning teams n To quality check and confirm material lists are compliant and accurate prior to installation. n To oversee quality control check process and this is implemented on all installations and works on site n To always uphold H&S standards and manage CDM requirements across the delivery team. n To communicate daily with trades and sub-contractors to ensure they follow all CCS Processes and operating protocols, update jobs and report. n To Complete audits of staff and trades on site to support general compliance team targets and ensure continued high levels of competence within our delivery n To manage and control defects in support of the admin team weekly. n To work with the Project managers to coach, upskill and train site management staff and installation teams. n Manage, improve, and develop customer service process, customer satisfaction results across ALL works within CCS. n Report weekly on all activities, programmes, completions and issues to the Project Manager and clients with updated programmes weekly n Manage & enforce regular training and refresher of all staff that report to you to ensure continuous improvement of all operations in your department. n To support and aid recruitment of resources to meet delivery programmes and attend all interviews. n Manage new sub-contractors and staff inductions on site fully and correctly to ensure operating protocol is abided to from day 1 and poor staff assessed early on and identified. n Skills/Qualifications: n n Electrically Qualified with minimum 18th Edition and NVQ Level 2 n NVQ L2 Craft Trade (Any) with CSCS Skilled Worker Card (desirable) n Experience of Fabric installation and build environment (desirable) n Punctuality, professionalism, flexibility and working knowledge of Mobile PDA. n Exceptional customer service skills n n Personal Attributes: n n You pride yourself on truth and share knowledge for the greater good. n You are committed to improvement and are an active team participant. n You accept responsibility for your role and promote ownership in others. n You have a desire to be successful and achieve goals, whether small or large. n You are flexible to meet business needs and actively work towards expanding your knowledge and skills. n About Us n nCCS was established in 2007 to deliver high-quality boiler installation services to social housing customers.
