I’m working with a Top 50, highly regarded UK firm that is looking to hire an experienced Real Estate Finance lawyer at 6+ PQE for its Bristol team.
This is an opportunity to join a strong Banking & Finance practice and work on complex transactions for major lenders, investors, developers and sponsors, with plenty of scope to build client relationships and take on greater responsibility.

The Banking & Finance team works across a broad range of sectors, including Real Estate, Energy,
Infrastructure and Financial Services, and is known for providing commercially focused advice on complex transactions.
The culture is collaborative and supportive, with Partners taking an active role in developing their teams while giving experienced lawyers genuine responsibility and client exposure.
The Role
You’ll join the Real Estate Finance practice, advising a broad range of lenders, borrowers and investors on sophisticated financing transactions.
The work includes:
• Investment and development finance
• Portfolio and multi-asset financings
• Acquisitions and refinancings
• Cross-border Real Estate Finance
• Real estate-backed lending
• Complex lender and borrower-side mandates
You’ll work with major UK and international banks, alternative lenders, debt funds, institutional investors, developers and borrowers.
There is also plenty of crossover with other teams, including Real Estate, Construction, Planning,
Tax and Corporate, giving you the opportunity to work on transactions from a number of different angles.
Alongside the technical work, you’ll have the opportunity to take ownership of matters, build long-term client relationships, supervise junior lawyers and play a role in the continued growth of the practice.

• 6+ PQE in Real Estate Finance
• Experience acting for lenders, borrowers or both
• Strong drafting and negotiation skills
• Comfortable running matters with a good level of autonomy
• Experience supervising and developing junior lawyers
• Commercial approach and strong client skills
• Someone who wants to play an active role in developing the practice
