Our Yorkshire based client is now recruiting for a Locum Family Solicitor to join them ASAP on an initial 3-month contract to help their busy family department to deal with legal aid work.

Key responsibilities:

• Experience with legal aid and care proceedings
• Providing clear, practical legal advice to clients.
• Ability to hit the ground running within a busy department
• Ideally experience conducting advocacy

Requirements:

• Qualified Solicitor
• Childrens Panel Accreditation required
• Full-time/Part-time hours considered
• Hybrid working – Fully remote considered for the right candidate
• Rate – DOE
