Construction Manager

We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager to oversee a major project in London

The Role:

• Manage day-to-day construction activities and site delivery
• Oversee Principal and subcontractors across multiple work packages
• Manage civils, earthworks, drainage, utilities, highways and external works
• Ensure compliance with CDM 2015, health & safety and quality requirements
• Review programmes, milestones, risks and progress
• Coordinate with design teams, stakeholders and statutory authorities
• Provide clear progress and risk reporting to senior stakeholders
• Take ownership of delivery, resolving issues proactively and independently

Requirements:

• 10+ years’ UK construction management experience, including 5+ years in a senior site-based role
• Strong civils/infrastructure background
• Black CSCS / equivalent Manager-level card
• Current SMSTS
• NEBOSH Construction Certificate or equivalent
• Strong working knowledge of CDM 2015
• Right to work in the UK
