We’re supporting a leading international organisation in the search for a talented finance professional to join a high-performing team in a broad, commercially focused Finance Manager role.
This position offers the opportunity to partner with senior leadership across multiple functions, driving performance through insightful analysis, strategic decision support and robust financial planning across a complex global operation.
The Opportunity
As a Global Finance Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping business performance, influencing strategic decision-making and leading key planning and analysis activities across the organisation.
Key responsibilities include:
- Acting as a trusted business partner to senior leaders, providing insight, challenge and recommendations to support strategic objectives.
- Leading budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning processes across multiple business areas.
- Delivering high-quality financial analysis to support commercial and operational decision-making.
- Assessing new initiatives, investments and business opportunities through detailed financial evaluation and modelling.
- Identifying risks and opportunities, providing actionable recommendations to improve business performance.
- Driving continuous improvement across reporting, planning and analytical processes.
- Supporting transformational projects and strategic initiatives across the organisation.
- Collaborating with international finance and operational teams across multiple regions.
- Mentoring and developing junior members of the finance team where appropriate.
About You
We’re keen to speak with qualified finance professionals who can demonstrate:
- ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualification.
- Significant experience within commercial finance, FP&A, business partnering or operational finance roles.
- A proven track record of influencing senior stakeholders and providing commercial challenge.
- Strong analytical, financial modelling and problem-solving capabilities.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate financial information into meaningful business insight.
- Experience within a fast-paced commercial environment such as FMCG, retail, consumer goods, manufacturing, healthcare, logistics or technology.
- Strong Excel skills, with exposure to reporting and data visualisation tools viewed favourably.
- A proactive and commercially-minded approach with a genuine passion for driving performance.
