An excellent opportunity has arisen at a highly regarded mid-sized city firm for a real estate paralegal.
The Firm
The firm has two main practice areas that they are highly ranked in and these are litigation and real estate and they also have highly regarded teams in corporate, banking and IP. Their real estate practice covers commercial property, high-net-worth residential property, property finance, development construction and property litigation.
The Role
This is an exciting real estate paralegal role as it is working with the firms most prestigious clients who have mixed use property portfolios. Therefore you can look forward to gaining a range of experience with acquisitions, lettings and disposals. Day to day you will work closely with an associate and a partner and can look forward to:
- Preparing licences
- Preparing leases
- Reviewing titles
- Drafting contracts
- Conducting searches
- Managing the post completion process including land registry applications and SDLT
- Legal research
Historically the firm have offered a number of their paralegals training contracts, so there is potentially scope for excellent progression!
The Requirements
At least 6 months experience in commercial property would be ideal, however the firm is open to someone with excellent academics who is really passionate about property!
