Head of Freight Forwarding — Build & Grow a New Branch

Energy Jobline CVL seeks a General Manager Commercial for Freight Forwarding in Cambridgeshire or the North West. Base £60,000–£75,000 with an uncapped quarterly bonus and a long-term incentive on branch EBIT, with on-target earnings well into six figures.

You will hunt, win business personally, and build and coach a team as the branch grows. You’ll own branch gross margin, pricing discipline, and develop a credible pipeline.
