Head of Internal Audit, Business & Conduct (12-Month FTC)

OSB Group is seeking a Head of Audit – Business and Conduct to lead GIA’s assurance across banking risk domains. You will shape the annual audit plan, review scopes, and oversee delivery while engaging with senior management and the board.

This fixed-term 12-month contract offers a base salary of £100,000–£125,000, a discretionary bonus, 30 days leave, and a hybrid-working arrangement, with line management responsibilities in a high-performing team.
