Strategic People Partner for Talent, Culture & Change

EA First is seeking a proactive Senior People Partner to join in the South Cambridge area. You will work closely with the CEO and senior HR leadership to shape strategy and influence key HR functions across the organisation.

You’ll cover strategic partnering, talent planning, leadership development, ER & culture, reward, and organisational development while managing one HR team member. Ideally CIPD Level 7 and experience in engineering or project-based settings are expected.
