Senior Product Manager (Fireblocks Trust Company)

• We are seeking an exceptional Sr. Product Manager with a strong engineering background. Your expertise in aligning technical capabilities with market demands, coupled with your experience in scaling products and teams, will be instrumental in achieving Fireblocks’ strategic goals
• In this role you’ll work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineers, designers, and data analysts, ensuring seamless collaboration and effective delivery across domains
• Drive product development from conception to launch, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, operations and legal
• Oversee and guide the product roadmap, prioritizing features and initiatives that align with business objectives and deliver maximum impact
• Create and maintain the roadmap/milestones with strategic priorities in mind
• Champion a user-centric approach in product design and development, balancing user needs with regulatory compliance and risk management
• Deliver detailed product requirement documents and design; propose implementation plans; iterate on feedback; and ship products promptly
• Act as a key decision-maker in defining product requirements and specifications, ensuring solutions are scalable, reliable, and deliver tangible value to users
• Prioritize initiatives and projects appropriately
• Perform User Acceptance Testing and ensure requirements were understood and implemented as requested
• Analyze product performance data, create product competition analysis, market research, and maintain the product’s competitive advantage
