UK Payroll Solution Architect — Hybrid Strategic Partner

HiBob is seeking an experienced Payroll Solution Architect (Payroll CSA) to join our UK Customer Success Solutions Architect team. In this role, you’ll become a trusted advisor, bridging customer needs, product vision, and scalable outcomes for UK Payroll.

You’ll lead conversations on UKP best practices, guide implementations, and partner with Product and R&D to validate features. Strong English, deep payroll knowledge, and stakeholder collaboration are essential.
