Hireful Ltd is seeking an experienced Recruitment Business Partner for a 3 to 4 month temporary contract. You will take immediate ownership of active vacancies and work in a hybrid role at the Peterborough HQ, 2-3 days per week.

You’ll partner with senior stakeholders, shaping modern talent acquisition strategies across head office, operational and customer-facing teams, and guide end-to-end recruitment from intake to offer, ensuring a fast, inclusive candidate journey.
