Head of Year: Inspire Attendance & Wellbeing

Choice Teachers is recruiting an experienced Head of Year for a welcoming secondary school in Radcliffe. You will lead pastoral support for a year group, helping pupils improve attendance, behaviour, wellbeing and progress.

You will monitor attendance, punctuality and behaviour; work with parents and staff to put effective support plans in place; coordinate interventions and provide some pupil supervision or lesson cover when required.
