Global Talent Acquisition Partner – AI-Driven Recruiter

The Klick Group is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to support full-cycle recruitment across EMEA, APAC and LATAM, partnering with senior leaders to understand hiring needs and build strong candidate pipelines.

You will manage 15–20 concurrent requisitions across permanent, freelance, and contractor roles in Client Services, Strategy, PMO, Creative, and Medical Strategy, and use market intelligence to improve hiring velocity and candidate experience.
