Deputy Store Manager: Lead the Store & Elevate Customer Service

Lidl GB in Swansea is seeking a Deputy Store Manager. You’ll be cool, calm and collected on the shop floor and behind the scenes, taking ownership in the Store Manager’s absence and guiding your team to deliver great service and robust operations.

Salary £38,000-£46,000 per annum with 30-35 days holiday pro rata, 10% in-store discount and a pension scheme, plus training and family leave to support your wellbeing and career growth.
