Site Manager – Social Housing Retrofit

WPS is seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead a fast-paced social housing retrofit and planned maintenance programme across the Ipswich region. You will oversee day-to-day site operations, coordinating subcontractors and direct labour to hit targets while maintaining safety and quality standards.

You will build strong relationships with residents and clients, monitor progress, and manage documentation and budgets.
