Retail Assistant Manager — 43h/week with Growth & Benefits

Farmfoods are recruiting an Assistant Store Manager for our Spennymoor shop. The role is 43 hours across 5 days per week, usually including weekends, with a salary of £31,449 – £35,306 per annum. Benefits include 30 days holiday, 15% staff discount, uniform, life cover and a pension.

You will work with the shop manager to lead a small team, deliver excellent customer service, manage costs and support recruitment and staff development. A DBS check may be required for the advertised position.
