THE ROLE
In this role, you will work closely with our Conveyancingteam to provide high-quality legal advice, deliver exceptional client service,and contribute to the continued growth and success of the team.
- Managing a caseload ofresidential conveyancing matters, including sales, purchases, remortgagesand transfers of equity.
- Supporting the growth ofthe department’s bridging finance and equity release offering by handlingthese matters from instruction through to completion.
- Providing expert legaladvice and maintaining excellent client relationships throughout thetransaction process.
- Liaising with clients,lenders, brokers, estate agents and other third parties to ensuretransactions progress smoothly and efficiently.
- Preparing and reviewinglegal documentation, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements andfirm procedures.
- Supporting colleagues andcontributing to the continued development of the department
This role can be based at our Wakefield office on a hybridbasis.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
- Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive, Licensed Conveyancer or experienced Conveyancer.
- Proven experience managinga residential conveyancing caseload with minimal supervision.
- Experience handling arange of residential property matters, including sales, purchases,remortgages, transfers of equity, bridging finance and equity releasetransactions.
- Excellent client care andcommunication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships withclients and third parties.
- Strong organisationalskills, attention to detail and the ability to manage competing prioritieseffectively.
- A professional, proactiveand collaborative approach to work.
- Commitment to deliveringhigh-quality legal advice and maintaining high standards of clientservice.
