Regional Sales Manager — Capital Equipment (Food & Pharma)

Redshore is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to cover the South/South West region for its global capital equipment portfolio in food and pharmaceutical industries. You will report to the Sales Director and base yourself around or south of the M4, covering Swindon, Andover, Southampton, Salisbury, Devon and Cornwall areas.

The role requires developing regional sales strategies, building credibility with customers, and meeting monthly revenue targets.
